  • bop it
  • pull it
  • twist it
  • harder
  • better
  • faster
  • stronger

You pull your left hand in
You pull your left hand out
You pull your left hand in
And you shake it all about!

Cha cha real smooth

someone saying that they’ve missed you

Goddess of the Day - Bast (or Bastet) the Egyptian cat goddess. Bast was also a protective goddess as she also held the title of “Eye of Ra” as one of this daughters.  Gods that held the title “Eye of Ra” were avenger gods sent out to lay waste to Egyptian enemies. Bast is now also a goddess of independence, playfulness, gracefulness, cats both wild and domestic, firefighters (yes firefighters), fertility, nurturing Mother Goddess, and sensuality (not necessarily sexuality but they often go hand-in-hand). Bast is both a solar and lunar deity, depending on how you look at her. In her pure Egyptian avatar, she is a solar deity, but when Greeks came, they associated her with Artemis and so she became a lunar deity as well.
